So I had my own valuation saying some land I owned was worth 6k as agricultural land yet the expert said it was worth 130k .. I have now proven this is wrong after the case what should i do ?

Easy. If you are keeping the property, get a sworn valuation. If not, use an agent. Speaking from experience.

Agents should be using comparable sales too. Valuers often call agents to ask their opinion. Clients often request an appraisal be done at their preferred amount 😄

Had one done 2 years ago, my ex still didn’t accept it, oh well market prices have increased so he will have to deal with that consequence
