Tortilla wrap Ingredients: * 2 tsp cooking Oil * 4 Eggs * Shredded turkey ( you can use any protein of your choice) * 1/4 Tsp Salt * 1tsp parsley * Handful Spinach * Bell pepper (red, yellow&green) * Mozzarella Cheese (optional) * Tortilla Wrap Method: 1. Add oil to a frying pan, and pour in the whisked eggs 2. Place tortilla wrap, flip over 3. Go in with cheese and any protein of your choice and then add your spinach and finally top it up with more cheese 4. Fold it and you’re good to go!!
