@kittys_kitchen__: AD/Crispy gochujang tofu rice bowls. I am so excited to be working with @Ceres Organics again! They have just released Chick’n seaweed snacks and they are so delicious! Made with organic nori seaweed and it’s perfect for on the go or a great addition to dishes such as this one! 1 packet of @ceresorganics Chick’n seaweed 400g tofu - diced Heaped tablespoon of gochujang paste 1/2 cup of cornflour 2 tablespoons of sweet chilli sauce 4 tablespoons of soy sauce Serve with: 1 cup of sushi rice 1 avocado - sliced 1.5 cups of edamame beans Kimchi Japanese mayo Spring onion - finely sliced Black sesame seeds Add the cornflour to a large bowl. Add the cubed tofu and coat evenly (shaking off any excess). Place a pan over a medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the tofu and cook until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Set aside. Place another pan over a medium heat and add gochujang paste, sweet chilli and soy sauce. Stir for a couple of minutes. When it starts to bubble, add the crispy tofu. Make sure the sauce coats the tofu evenly. Grab a bowl and add warm sushi rice topped with black sesame seeds, crispy gochujang tofu, warm edamama beans, avocado, kimchi, Japanese mayo and spring onion. Serves 2. Enjoy!
