@yourglobalfoodiebff: This is my favorite spot for duck noodle soup in San Francisco and I just had to share it with you all. The Third Floor, located at the Jay Hotel in the heart of the Financial District, serves up the most amazing cocktails and dishes. Their signature Third Floor cocktail is a must-try featuring Barstool Pisco, blood orange liqueur, red wine, and egg white. But the real star of the show was their seafood tower, loaded with squid, poached shrimp, and oysters topped with champagne foam. And don't even get me started on their skewers, especially the king trumpet mushrooms and chicken tsukune. The beef tartare and seared halibut were also outstanding. And even though this isn't an Asian restaurant, their duck noodle soup is hands down the best in the city. The house-made noodles, juicy wontons, and sliced duck breast in a rich and flavorful broth will warm your soul. And for dessert, the strawberry chiffon cheesecake and pavlova were to die for. I had such an amazing dinner at Third Floor and I can't wait to go back.
