agree with everything except the last bit, just eat for your weight so 70kg = 105g (1.5g per kg) , theres no reason to eat for your desired weight if you're not there

it's overwhelming cuz I started at 303 I don't know what my goal wt is but even 200lbs is 160g it's hard but I try to get 100-130/day(I'm down 47lbs since Jan tho so I'm happy)

so 1 shaker cup is about 3 cups and whey protein powders say 1 scop 6to10 Oz for different powders so about 3 scoops per cup and they're 25to30 g per scoop so 1 shaker cup with milk is 100g of protien
