@cookingwithchanel_sa: I made the BEST potato wedges🥹in the Air Fryer! Crispy on the outside but fluffy on the inside and perfectly seasoned! These are airfryer friendly so if you dont feel like turning on the oven dont stress this is the perfect airfryer recipe also! Not only are they the perfect steak side dish but this with a hamburger 😍 Anywho here is the recipe Ingredients 2 large Potatoes, cut into wedges 1 Tbsp Robertson Lemon & Herb seasoning 1 tsp Smoked Paprika 3 tbsp Olive Oil Freshly chopped dill, optional - Place your potato wedges in a bowl and pour hot water over them to cover. Let it sit for 15 mins. - After 15 mins, dry them with a paper towel. - Place them in a dry clean bowl and add your seasonings as well as olive oil. Mix until fully coated. - Place on a baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees for 20 to 30 mins until crispy. - Make sure to flip them halfway through cooking.
