I've always showered in the hottest water possible after getting sunburnt & it's always taken the sting out of the burn. I know it sounds insane, but it's always worked for me.

Kayla… please please PLEASE take Benadryl. Last time I got burnt like that, I got something called “hells itch.” The itch associated with sunburn and it was awful! Please take Benadryl!!

I use sunbum cool down, its kinda 50/50 tho sometimes it dosent work so I wouldn’t recommend that 😭 My friends mom said Noxzema works really well tho!!

Fresh aloe- not the bottled stuff, ibuprofen for the swelling and LOTS of water/electrolytes. This is me every summer- always burning even with sunscreen. Hope you feel better soon.

I like using black tea bags! Soak them in water until the tea starts coming out and then gently press the tea bag on to the affected area! Sounds weird but I SWEAR by it!

I got wind/sunburn together and it blistered😬 the only thing that helped me was applying honey to it. Sounds crazy but it worked so well

Lavender essential oil! Make sure it’s pure lavender tho not just the fragrance ones. I swear by that mixed with aloe when I’m burnt!!

Keep moisturizing with your reg moisturizer. I like to go over that moisturizer with Cerave healing ointment at night. La Roche Posay Cicaplast there’s a wonderful product for a damage skin barrier!

Vinegar baths- I also use Australian Gold moisture lock lotion and swear it works better than just aloe. I burn bad also
