Hello all, In today's episode of Seafood Series, we are making Fish Podimas. You can use any fish you want, but tenggiri would be good. Use fish with less bones. You can also cut into smaller piece than I did. Selamat mencuba 🤗 Fish Podimas By Sheena Ingredients :- 4 slices of tenggiri fish (fillet and cut into small pieces) - (marinated with 1/2 ts turmeric powder, 1 ts chili powder  and salt) 1 onion 4 cloves of garlic, 1 small piece of ginger snd 4 cili padi (pounded together Some curry leaves 4 dried chili 1 ts turmeric powder 2 ts kashmiri chili powder 1 ts Mixed Spice (optional) 1 ts garam masala 3 tbs water Salt Some coriander leaf 4 tbs coconut oil Method :- 1. In a pan, heat up coconut oil and add in marinated fish 2. Fry fish till its well cooked 3. Strain and keep aside 4. Add the remaining oil into another pan 5. Heat up the oil and add curry leaves with dried chili 6. Also add in onion 7. Saute well for a minute 8. Add in pounded garlic, ginger and cili padi 9. Mix well 10. Add in all spices and stir well 11. Let oil split 12. Add in 3 tbs water 13. Mix well and season with salt 14. Add in fried fish 15.  Keep stir for a minute and let fish absorb the flavours 16. Sprinkle some coriander leaf 17. Mix well and off the heat 18.
