We summited our I-130 application 2 years ago and it just got approved 2 months ago, we went to our interview and the officer was great, he didn’t ask for anything and we got approved in the sport.

we went thru this in 2016, things do change. my husband had never rode an airplane & had to do that all on his own. he said the consult in Mexico interview was like 10 mins. super quick.

they are gonna approve it and send it to nvc. ours took a year to get sent to nvc. after that we got our paperwork for the perdon. what office did they send your paperwork to?

When they put reviewing for my husband last year they then sent us a notice if we wanted to send more evidence, we did and 2 weeks later they approved him. Hope that helps 💕

Ok I kept hearing. My interview was so smooth but word of advise. Hopefully your interview is after your two year anniversary because mine was right before it so I had to extra time waiting
