Update: I’m still in physical therapy. Still not fully stable but working hard & getting better slowly but surely.

i had the same thing happen to me i dislocated my patella for the first time 6 years ago on my right leg and a week ago dislocated it on my left leg any tips to recover faster??

It’s been 3 weeks since I dislocated my patella , got X-rays done and they said it’s slightly still dislocated due to the swelling and fluid 🥲

I dislocated my left knee yesterday and may doctor advised me to wear a knee immobilizer for 6 weeks. I'm so scared that it will pop out again once the brace comes off 😭

my knee dislocated during wrestling and then a few days after it healed. It happened again and I got surgery because I tore my MPFL AND I’VE BEEN RECOVERING RECENTLY and I today I went bull riding because I thought it was healed and then the other knee dislocated and I can’t stop crying. I really don’t know what to do.
