I think you should put one large painting above the couch or three. Also maybe if you have the space move one of the black shelves to the opposite side of the tv so it looks a tv set up if yk what I mean. Maybe a large rug in the living room to make it look cozy. For the entry way you should def do that and get a coat hanger next to it. 💕
