Never ate breakfast growing up bc it literally made me sick. I force fed myself this past year and realized I’ve been waking in fight or flight since a child.

I Can skip breakfast sometimes even lunch no prob but the evening binge goes crazzzzyyy when I skip breakfast .. huge difference in my appetite so now I’m a 20g of protein min for Brekkie too 😁

Fasting has its place imo. But high protein is definitely best normally 🥲 I’ve done IF and it worked. but I don’t think it’s good long term for women
