So at my sisters wedding they had the guests carry their chairs (across a field) from the ceremony to the reception. The groomsmen helped and it worked out ok. Although we had more chairs than tables

teenaged boys at my wedding were so happy to move the chairs over to the reception (other side of the pond) & felt like heros & gave them an important job (casual farm-style wedding.) nbd

morning of my wedding was raining so they set up inside. As bridal party arrived in limo the sky cleared. said I'd wait until chairs moved. they told my husband I refused to get out of the limo 😳
