@hglifting: Overdoing quads in the beginning of my workout has often lead to a lack of stability for any non-machine movements, such as these stiff legged deadlifts (SLDL). Overworking my quads does not allow me to gain full hypertrophy in my SLDL, causing a lack of growth in the hamstrings, and a possible overfatigue of the quads To correct this I adjust my sets and intensity level (RIR, etc) appropriately to ensure that the rest of my workout is not hindered by the first two exercises
