@hglifting: Overdoing quads in the beginning of my workout has often lead to a lack of stability for any non-machine movements, such as these stiff legged deadlifts (SLDL). Overworking my quads does not allow me to gain full hypertrophy in my SLDL, causing a lack of growth in the hamstrings, and a possible overfatigue of the quads To correct this I adjust my sets and intensity level (RIR, etc) appropriately to ensure that the rest of my workout is not hindered by the first two exercises

my legs do this too and then I literally can't walk for 3-4 days. My recovery is so slow so now I don't even wanna do squats anymore :(
