The arc was necessary. The way they executed it left a lot to be desired, but in the end it got the job done. Would I have made changes? Absolutely. Did I still enjoy his arc? Also absolutely.

I think once they realized they ran out of budget for the gullet this season they had to slow everyone else’s story down to match that new timeline of it pushed out to next season. Bummer.

honestly no, i felt like this was literally the best they could come up with & it was 👎. daemon should've been confused for maybe 2 episodes max NOT 7 episodes str8. felt like they stopped caring.

I have to add my two cents, I think his arc was worth it at the end. Honestly, the season felt “slow” episode by episode, but as a complete season, I freaking love it so much. One of the best seasons

I loved it but I think we needed more variation aka 1 vision per character. A proper one with his parents & a longer one with Laena, plus one with his daughters would have been great too!
