@itsmesidkitten: Rare Beauty Haul Try On - I’m trying out the Tinted Moisturizer in color 24N and the much anticipated newly released Tinted Pressed Powder in color Natural. Initial thoughts! Overall I liked the tinted moisturizer and the color match was perfect buttttttt I’m personally a full coverage girlie and I do full coverage almost glam on the daily so a tinted moisturizer isn’t exactly what I would go for normally but if you’re not into full coverage, then I would say this product is amazing and would recommend! I might try to do like a low key no makeup look with this if that’s what I’m going for on a low key day. Now, the pressed powder is one of the newer products and it’s what I was most excited to try out and I got the tinted moisturizer that was recommended by the website to match with the powder. So with the powder it did blur and matte the look but when I looked in the mirror or took a pic, which I know it doesn’t translate in video here, it looked cakey to me and some friends who I asked for feedback as well. I normally do use powder so I’m used to using it but don’t have this effect normally. So I’m not sure what the deal is with that but I wasn’t a fan. I also tried it with my normal foundation I usually use bc I was like maybe it’s the tinted moisturizer, but no I got the same effect. So let me know if I’m using it incorrectly or there’s a trick idk! Also make sure to purchase from the Rare Beauty website bc when I last checked you get a free carrying ouch for the powder which is really cute. Unfortunately I bought mine through Sephora so I didn’t get the little pouch & you can’t buy it separately:( I was very pleasantly surprised with the Rare Beauty Mascara and have been using it daily.
