DHL did the same thing to my partner😫 it took days to get the package. We ended up having to drive 25 minutes to pick the package up. Nightmare

Similar experience.had something shipped to my job. My office all windows facing the main road. I see the truck, left turn lane, he drives off. I get the undeliverable update. 🤬 mad AF!

DHL kept my AirPods 2 years ago! It was a nightmare. I don’t understand how a company like Apple wouldn’t use a secured delivery like UPS or FedEx that has insurance! It’s ridiculous!

I was having the same problem with Amazon Prime and my nephew was behind his truck waving his arms and saying HEY HE never stopped or looked back I went so crazy on them because it happens every time
