@bromabakery: Buffalo chicken wrap for ☝️(recipe below!). I often struggle with easy, delish meals when I’m cooking for just myself, but this buffy chicken wrap is on weekly REPEAT in my kitchen. Also shoutout to @sara morgan for putting me on the buffalo chicken train, this recipe is inspired by hers ❤️ for the chicken: 1 chicken breast 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika 1/4 teaspoon onion powder 1/8 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons flour 1 tablespoon cornstarch 2 teaspoons neutral oil for the coleslaw: 1/4 cup icelandic (or greek) yogurt 1 tablespoon mayonnaise 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon dijon mustard 1/2 teaspoon whole grain mustard (optional) 1/2 teaspoon dried dill 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder pinch of salt one cup of coleslaw vegetable mix for the ranch: 1/4 cup icelandic (or greek) yogurt 2-3 tablespoons whole milk 1/4 packet ranch 1. put all ingredients into a container and shake to combine. place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 425°F on the convection setting for 10-15 minutes, until chicken is cooked through. 2. add in buffalo sauce to coat (about 1/4 cup) 3. mix all coleslaw ingredients to combine. let sit for at least 15 minutes to marinade. 4. mix ranch ingredients to combine. 5. make your wrap! place a few tablespoons of cheddar cheese onto a large wrap, then add chicken, slaw, and ranch. wrap tightly, then place in a lightly greased pan and sear until golden brown. #lunchideas #buffalochicken #easylunch
