I am so sorry, I have POTS and it’s similar symptoms, zofran doesn’t help me at all, phenegran does but it takes forever to kick in. Dramamine also helps with the dizziness. I’ll be praying for you!

I have the same thing! What did they prescribe you? I only have Nurtec when I feel a migraine coming on, but I only get 8 tablets a month😭 most the time it stops it for a couple hours.
