How do I not freak out when I’m about to get pierced? When I know it’s coming I tell them to wait and feel so bad and get overwhelmed I just have a phobia of needles

When I was 9 I got my ears pierced at the good ol Walmart. They used a brown tip pen. Then pierced a freckle 🤦🏼♀️my ears are still uneven.🤷🏼♀️😂
