I feel they say that because so many ppl get diagnosed later in life bcuz they delay going to the Dr when something weird happens because they "sleep it off" and its gone the next day. aka RRMS

Same thing with Young Onset Parkinson's. I've been told that it's good that they caught it early. I answer with, "Horay, I get to live an entire life without ever feeling good or healthy! Lucky me."
