That’s why you can’t just be out and about in areas where these animals are even if you are just hiking or camping you have to know that these animals are out there and that this is at high risk

The grizzly stories for this (at least the MA guy one) leaves out crucial info. The guy admitted he was out early looking for owl I believe and went off the marked trails into area he wasn’t supposed to be in. He wasn’t just out on a hike, he was in a spot he wasn’t supposed to be. I went to signal mountain like 2 weeks later and there are clear markings where should and shouldn’t be. ALL over the park is like that. Also highly advised not to hike alone in parks and also advise not to trail run in parks it can startle animals and provoke fight response. Black bears usually come for food. We are in bear country , in THEIR territory and home. We spent over a week in Yellowstone and Tetons and did not feel unsafe at all even saw grizzly from afar but we followed all the rules . Bears are just being bears . Gotta respect the rules and keep food away from where you sleep

This is the reason I don’t camp, hike in the woods, or go into the ocean. Too many attacks. Praying this precious little girl recovers 🙏🏽

That's awful. Normally people in movies will say don't move and play dead but if you're sleeping, you're not moving either. Prayers indeed for this little girl 🙏🏻
