@chambrayblue: Today our hearts are broken. This morning I said goodbye to my granddog, Ginger, and I watched as my son said goodbye to his best friend. Last evening they had a birthday party for her, since she would not make it to her 15th birthday in a couple of weeks. She had cupcakes and a steak sub from the best steak sub place in town. This morning I fed her goodbye kisses while Jack held her, loving her, and saying goodbye to his best friend. Dogs are the best souls - and knowing how much we love them, and how much God loves us, I believe we will see and live with our beautiful pets again, and there will be no more tears. Because death and dying will be a thing of the past. Eternity looks better each day, as this life offers so much sadness. RIP sweet Ginger. See you there! #rainbowbridge #dog #seniordog #life #sad #heartbroken #goldenretriever
