i like crocheted frogs :

I am from Greece and the most common thing we do with figs is marmalade but first you bake them in the oven a little bit with cinnamon and clove. Then you continue like a normal marmalade ❤️

I think you need to try them more ripe, those are too immature to eat especially the purple ones. You want them to be bright red inside or they don’t have a strong flavour
