I also discovered some shocking info - the US sells a good bit of grain products and flour to EU and elsewhere around the world bc we grow so much. So there’s no escaping eating it if you eat grains.

French & Italian flour!!! Italian pastas too!!!👍 "Wali" has/carries Rao's pasta (100% Durum Wheat Semolina), it's Awesome! Amazon has Italian & French flour!!! Flour is my next buy!
