My son is around rivers age. First baby. I know this is not everybody’s experience but my labor and delivery was a BREEZE! I’ve had worse toothaches!

I was in labor for 72 hrs but the epidural didn’t let me feel anything! Didn’t even feel the ring of fire so I loved my birth and I had amazing help from the hospital

I feel like I'm crazy because this is my first baby but I'm excited to give birth 🤣🤣 I like a good adrenaline rush and I feel like this is gonna be fun

Honestly this mindset is so important. Also going into it just accepting that the goal is to have a healthy baby, not being too caught up in how you expect your birth to go.
