For what it's worth, the VA's pronounciation is as reliable as our own lol For isntance, in ARR, Merlwyb pronounces the state as "La No-Ske-a" with a hard C, not a soft C

I knew this because I looked up lore accurate names a long time ago and it gave pronunciation guidelines. It’s hard to break calling the habit though.

Yep! In Japanese the name is romanized as “Rugadein” - which actually SHOULD be pronounced “Roo-gah-deen”. But yep, the first syllable should be “Roo” or “Ru”.
