Air fry two slices of rustic bread. 4 mins on one side at 200C/392F Take the bread slices out and rub a clove of raw garlic on both sides of the bread. Air fry again for 3 mins on the other side. Scoop the tomato mixture onto the bread and generously drizzle extra virgin olive oil on top. Sprinkle with maldon or flaky sea salt.
