Adding onto this, who to call in situations. As a student I was always told call the doctor, then I got to a hospital and there is so many different people to call! Let alone when you call the wrong 1

So much of my course seems a waste of time obviously some is great but these are things we should be learning, bring back hospital based training 😭❤️

Aren’t you glad you spent all that time with carefully wording care plans and nursing interventions? Recently completed my RNs and they taught us the nursing is tough and to work on resilience. 🤨

90% of what I needed to know as a nurse was not taught at uni and both the roles I currently do are completely different skills sets and systems neither was taught.

Do they do it diff in VIC or with different Uni’s or something? Cos literally learned all of those things throughout with Griffith in Qld and that was over 4 years ago now.
