they are two different companies. just like the cruise line is different. as an annual passholder we don't get discounts on cruises because it's a separate company. I'm going to read those terms.

I’d like to see a lawyer tear that agreement apart. I had a lawyer get an unfair arbitration agreement waived in a lawsuit I had against a different company.
