Also I think feticide is a crime if a woman is assaulted and it results in the death of her unborn. Taking away that woman's choice to cherish her baby is a crime but is often not upheld unfortunately

Small correction - it was the leading cause of death in pregnant women for many years but other factors have pushed it to 2nd or 3rd in recent years. Still INSANE, esp bc it’s usually their partner
