@texasmomliving: Here's how our family spent time in Kentucky. We spent our first day in Lexington, Kentucky, and checked out the Kentucky horse park the next day. My kids got to go on their first ever horseback ride and they loved it the next day we went to Louisville, Kentucky, where we checked out the science museum and the Louisville slugger museum and just enjoyed some of the downtown area before grabbing a delicious coffee heading to the airport and heading home.
