more than likely you have a 4L60E transmission which usually clutch pack number two goes out on they're not that hard to rebuild honestly you can buy there where you build kit for probably about 3-400

Same thing happened to mine when I changed my transmission filter, a little tip I was told was never change filter or fluid until transmission completely breaks

Check your shifter pins from your solenoids 99% of them go out and you still have a transmission
