It's supposed to bottom out about 5% I'm thinking I would lock it in 3 plus years. Of course can't guess the future and it could always go lower. Kicking myself for not doing 5years at 4% during covid

My mortgage is due to refix tomorrow I called Westpac today and they said their 6months rate is 6.85% I have over 20% deposit. Which bank is doing 6.7?

We are due to refix our mortgage in October, we are thinking of fixing for 6 months only and hope that it goes down more by the end of that term

Just set it to one rate with one Mortgage, I won't split it up like alot of people do just no point in my eyes. Sticking to option 2

ANZ offering me 6.15% for 18months. I’m thinking of locking in as I have $38k portion coming off in a few weeks at 6.39% - that will be finished in July 2026 so I’m thinking it’s pretty good option

What if we got for 2 years @ 6.19% instead of half & half . Anyways I’m paying higher for 1year and 6 months .rates need to be below 5.5% in 12 months to make much difference.
