Less is more in racing. Try to go through corners as fast as possible while turning as little as possible. Try to keep input minimal and carry speed through corners to learn the track

It’s just the matter of using headphones instead of the normal sound and focusing on the senses by the wheel or the chair , slip braking and cornering , concentrate on only that not anything else
