I’m going to say that basically that’s an abandon field. You can check the geological maps and find out how much oil is underneath you. I wouldn’t worry about the barn. They’re not gonna tear it down

I had 5 acres in Ohio and put a trailer on it and I just dug a 6 ft hole sunk a pole and the electric company hooked me up 7 bucks a month then charged my usages 1997
