This is practice! Art is purely muscle memory, learning how the strokes actually work (length, pressure, curves) is equally as important to growth 🥰

honestly i think its best to just try understand structure, and recognising mistakes. Art isnt just muscle memory. Even looking in a mirror and drawing from irl is better

This is fine but I suggest u try drawing it without tracing rather use it as reference then draw it by observation. (just a suggestion)

next time you practice this, try just having the ref next to you and draw it freehand!! you can also add in guidelines to better understand WHY the face looks that way ! keep it up <3

I would recommend if u want to practice better is to break down the model into shapes to understand the perspective of each profile (drawing soaces later makes u understand organic/inorganic shapes:3)
