Overall calories DO NOT matter most. Globally we have a massive problem with over consumption of processed food. We are better off educating ourselves about nutrition. Counting C is a waist of time

i Intermittent fast. so i workout at 6:30am, but i dont have wpi till 12pm. your saying this is wrong? how should i fix this? change my workout times?

more importantly what's more important is the type of calories like if your consuming donuts and icecream your will screw your pancreas then long term insulin won't work 4 weight control
