One reason a lot of people have huge carts of food is because they don’t have transportation. If you don’t have your own transport your going to get things that will last throughout the month.

the Sheetz closest to me lets you use EBT to order cold sub sandwiches and you can just press the option to have them toast it for you which is fine.

"unhealthy food" is still food, often cheaper than buying ingredients and ready to eat. + usually higher in calories, the quality of your food is meaningless if you aren't eating enough.
