@kauscooks: Chopped Tunacado on Toast 🥑 Anyone who knows me will tell you how obsessed I am with Joe and the juice Tunacado but I try not to buy from there anymore 🍉 so when I saw @foodieholly_ version of a chopped Tunacado I had to give it a go and I’ve been making it on repeat ever since! So easy and on crunchy sourdough toast - it’s absolute perfection! Recipe: makes 3 toasts - 1 can tuna - 1/2 avocado - 4-5 baby tomatoes or 1 tomato - 2 spring onions - Chives - 1 tbsp mayo - 1 tbsp pesto - Salt & pepper to taste - 3 jalapeños (I didn’t have any🥲) - Sourdough toast #tunacado #lunchideas #lunchrecipe
