GOLF MOBILITY!!! If you want to play better Golf, you need to be able to move better!!  Here are 5 exercises that will allow you to swing more effortlessly ✅  EXERCISE 1  - Table top position  - Reach to sky opening up your chest (emulating backswing position)  - thread the arm under your body (emulating through swing)  This stretches your torso, hips and arms whilst keeping your lower body stable.  EXERCISE 2 -take a split stance  -place opposite arm to forward leg on the floor  -take the same arm as forward leg and stretch to the sky again opening up your chest.  EXERCISE 3 -cross one leg over the other, one straight out in front and one bent upwards  - take the opposite arm to bend leg and place on the outside of that leg - use the bent leg as leverage to push off to turn behind you  - use your other arm as support to keep tall  EXERCISE 4  - find a wall  - start on your knees and place the outside leg in a 90 degree position  - put both arms out infront of you  -open up the outside arm like a book and reach towards the wall behind you, reach away from you - then close the book  EXERCISE 5  -find a wall -start on your knees and place the outside leg in a 90 degree position  -do backward and forward circle motions with the arm against the wall -try to keep your shoulder against the wall or as close as possible.  REMEMBER TO DO BOTH SIDES IF YOUR BODY!!! AND BREATHE!!!!  Only stretch as far as your body allows you will get better the more you practise.
