Ok but the way you’re making the game easier is reducing punishability; ADCS should die if a melee gets in range, assassins should have long windows for counterplay, tanks should be good into mages.

I think this is why Dota is not that popular. You have to memorize, know, do, observe so much stuff, it feels like an math analysis exam. skillful, yes. but fun? erm no. games are for joy

I agree partially. You guys have implemented stuff that actually punish better players. Why bother playing a champ that requires high gold when a low skill champ has better tools with less items.

i would argue that the skill revolved around the timers for baron and dragon forced the teamfights, but the teamfights also led to making it even more important for dragons and barons to be fought for. Reminder, the timers for Dragon were before they were elemental dragons and just gave us a chunk of gold. Asking a player to kill dragon on a timer that we all know we could memorize is fair because one player that chooses to learn the timer vs one that doesnt inherently led to a better player because they'd incorporate that skill into other things, meaning as the skill level went up and the ranks went up, people knew more about the game at a general level.

dumbing down the Game for low elo its alright, not for high elo, no garen, zac, jinx, miss Fortune, mordekaiser should EVER be seen in high elo, and no hard champs should be kept weak because noobs

My biggest beef with LoL (I’ve only played a few hundred games) is that it feels very predictable, same disease HoN suffered from. A side effect of ”dumbing things down” 1/?

Tbh, I quit the climb and dont really play LoL anymore if we dont have a 5stack.Jungle in SoloQ has been my main role for 9years. It has been fun,bc it was a similar position like I played in football

People here like to say that harder champs should reward more than easier champs, but fighting games have shown us why thats a HORRIBLE idea. The hardest champs in LoL are still fairly easy.

not being able to kill the enemy midlaner on the way of my tower to his tower is absolutely bad for the game. So many bad decisions cant really be punished nowadays

League being in the middle of complexity for MOBAs is like one of it's core appeals. The only decent simple MOBA is Pokemon Unite, and Dota is the only popular complex MOBA why try to go into change?

This type of change makes the game more homogenous imo, not to say it’s bad. Ambiguity can beget creativity, tension and other aspects that are engaging to watch/play if done tastefully.
