True Blood understands the South in a way I’ve rarely seen. Only Justified is in its class. That scene where Gran wants Bill to talk to her church about the Civil War is perfect.

I did a recent rewatch. I love this show so much. Lafayette is iconic. Eric has so much more to give stay tuned. Denis O’Hare joins the cast in S3 & he’s brilliant.

I watched every episode as they came out&I’ve also read the books. The first time around it was a love hate watch. Then years later I noticed it was on Hulu so I rewatched, I loved every crazy second
