I think everyone dropped the dating sites when they realized the algorithm was intentionally fixing the match ratios to ensure you aren't even presented with people who you are mostly to match with.

Cuz everyone have adopted to those apps and people value their time. That is where blind swipes and ghosting came from. And those apps, they don’t care about ppl actually connecting. On the contrary.
