I tried the LMNT that is plain with no flavoring and added my own sugar free flavoring and it didn’t upset my stomach so thanks for mentioning that! I definitely have a problem with stevia

hey Ira. when you carnivore properly you don't require any supplements. When you start carnivore just ad electrolytes for 2 months when u eat what ur body requires n have enough salt ot will balance
