2024 wasn’t the year that I thought I wanted, it was the year I NEEDED. 🤍 2023 was all about being a 7-figure business owner and by Dec I found myself crashing from the decades of being an overachiever, constantly crushing goals, serving others (and never myself), and going for what’s next. My nervous system was dysregulated and I needed to focus on my health. 2024 was a shift from the wounded masculine energy of control and performance and learning that divine femininity is about creation, surrender, and being in flow. I gave myself permission and went to Egypt solo on a spiritual pilgrimage, sat with Sekhmet and the real initiation began. Everything that wasn’t aligned with my highest and best started to be a sore spot and I struggled and suffered because it was scary and so hard to let go of what I felt I knew. I joked that instead of “let go and discover maybe I should change my handle to hold on and suffer” 😅. Finally I got to a point where I realized it might even take letting go of a 7-figure business altogether. I started to reorganize my business, renegotiate relationships, realign with myself. Discovered new ways to create a business that’s aligned AF. I spent 1000s of hours and 100s of thousands of dollars healing and pouring into myself. My family was my foundation. I redefined what success looked like and instead of the never ending quest for bigger $ months, I spent more time with the people I love. A month in Europe with my husband and kids. Days and days taken off to just be with friends and family. I gave myself permission to take time to just relax, be with the people I adore, and do “nothing”. My spiritual practices and abilities have grown. I’m tapped in and turned on. I saw a pathway for myself not only as a business coach but a business alchemist— showing others how starting a business is a way to growth, development, and healing. A way to transmute and transform. I end 2024 the most peaceful, fulfilled, and happiest I’ve ever been ✨.
