I found out I had a septate a couple of weeks/months into being....active, when it ✨caught✨ and snapped. 0/10, do not recommend

I had an extreme case of microperforate hymen and actually couldn’t see it! Neither could my obgyn see it in office, it wasn’t discovered until the surgery to remove it

yes 100%, i had too much tissue and had to get a partial hymenectomy. was not able to use tampons before and am able to now !

how do I ask my mom if I can go to the doctor at 14 to check for a microperforate? ive been suspecting for like a month but idk what to do cause how do I even bring that up "hey mom I was looking down there and saw i only had a small tiny hole can we go to the doctor"
