Bombay Biryani Recipe  Ingredients: - 4 large diced onions - 4 large diced tomatoes - 175ml oil - 2 tbsp ginger paste - 2 tbsp garlic paste - 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces - 500g potatoes, peeled and cubed - 800g basmati rice - 5 tbsp Greek yogurt - 2 chicken cubes - Dried plums - Lemon slices - Fresh coriander - Fresh mint - Green Chillies - Fried onions -Shan Bombay biryani masala -Star anise - 1 cinnamon stick - Cloves Instructions: 1. Add a layer of rice, followed by a layer of the prepared chicken and potato gravy. Sprinkle fresh coriander, mint leaves, and lemon slices. 9. Repeat the layering process with rice and gravy. Sprinkle fried onions on top. 10. Cover the pot and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld. 11. Garnish the biryani with more fresh coriander before serving.
