In its notice of last June, BigHit Music had revealed that it placed both criminal and civil lawsuits against the said YouTuber. The trial mentioned above is held under the civil proceedings.As for their action under the criminal proceedings, the investigation is now ongoing. (The law enforcement authorities had halted the proceedings briefly, but resumed investigation after the agency provided them with updated information of the alleged criminal.‼️ Note: The YouTuber is the one sued also by several Korean idol group members, mostly notably by Jang Won-Young of IVE #bts_official_bighit #jungkook #kimtaehyung #vbts #taehyung
