I still feel inauthentic sometimes, I learnt how to disagree and speak my mind yet learning to do it came from… the necessity of stoping being ppl pleaser, so I pleased society into stopping being it

Pleasing for me is mostly out of fear. Probably underlying its shame, I agree. But fawning/pleasing is connected to a deep fear. So I feel the fear, can’t connect to the shame.
